ARIEL PASTERNAK

I am a lover of life, grateful to be alive and experiencing the luminosity of the everyday. I go by Ari, but my full name is Ariel Lara Porges Pasternak. The essence of those names is: Spirit, Eros, Beauty, Earth. That really encompasses who I am and how I live and serve as a Jewish entrepreneur, artist and mystic.

I created Ari’s Worlds because I want to share my worlds with you–where we’re LIVING IN THE WARMTH: feeling the sensuality, spirituality and ecstasy of being alive. It is our birthright to shine. To enjoy this one precious life. I learned that by feeling all of my emotions and healing my pain through beauty, pleasure and joy.

I navigated through a lot of darkness and grief in my life: feeling abandoned by my dad who suffered from chronic illness for most of my life and then died when I was 20; feeling suicidal when my best friend unexpectedly died, my long-term romantic partnership ended and COVID negatively impacted my start-up business simultaneously; feeling incredibly anxious and depressed throughout my life as a result of feeling unsafe expressing myself fully and inheriting generations of ancestral trauma as a descendant of Holocaust survivors and Israeli war veterans.

In 2020, I thought to myself: there’s got to be more to life than this…so, I embarked on a psychosomatic-spiritual-erotic journey all over the world to recreate the collage that is my life. From magical farm meals in Mexico to life-altering psychedelic journeys in the Redwood forests of California to a divine feminine revival in the thermal waters of Pantelleria, I have dug my hands in the earth, danced under the stars and remembered what it feels like to actually live.

Today I can tell you with so much gratitude that I feel more connected to my true essence, friends, family, Mother Earth and Divine Spirit. I inhabit this state of peace, bliss and love through a number of different practices, tools and wisdom I’ve learned along the way. I literally created a curriculum for myself–what I call my “graduate school of life”–where I plotted out my juiciest dreams and set out to actually live them. Now, I am truly living my dream in my day-to-day existence.

My life is a ceremony and meditation on the awesome power within us to heal, inspire and be reborn. I am so proud of how far I’ve come, celebrating each moment of growth. I can’t wait to connect with you and support YOU in feeling it all, healing and living your juicy dreams. Let’s fucking glow!
